Use tidy slides

A simple form of communication is the key to a perfect presentation. Tidy slides can help with this. I always try to place as little text as possible on my slides. A great way to simplify the presentation of slides is to use icons for PowerPoint. For example, you can pack a lot of information into one easy-to-understand image. I have also written an PowerPoint add-in that gives me access to thousands of icons that I can also use for my commercial projects.

Use the Pecha Kucha technique

So you have said everything important before your audience’s attention wanes.
