Troubleshooting


I have purchased IconUncle Pro or IconUncle Boost and do not have access to the entire icon library. What can i do?

1. Log out of the app

PowerPoint Icon Add-In: Navigate to the “Account” Tab and click Logout

Click the Logout Button as shown below

2. Login

Log in to the app with your user name and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one.

3. Check your Account

PowerPoint Icon Add-In: Navigate to the “Account” Tab and check your status.

You’ll see your account status below the app logo.

If these steps do not help, try the solution in the next paragraph and then log in to the app again.


How can I reset the application?

Sometimes it may be necessary. Clear the cache and restart the application. You can do this without hesitation. Your Pro account, your profile data and your usage data (favourite symbols and symbol history) will remain saved.

How to reset the PowerPoint add-in.

Click on the “i” icon in the application. Here you can clear the web cache and reload the application.

How to reset the Webapp

Open your browser settings and click on Clear cache. To find this option, search in the documentation of your web browser.
