How big should icons be for a projector?

Bigger than you think. On a laptop screen, a 24px icon looks fine. On a projector in a lit room, it becomes invisible.

Minimum Size: Try to keep icons at least 64x64px or larger for main points.
The Squint Test: Step back 2 meters from your laptop screen. If you can’t clearly see the shape of the icon, resize it.
